Service Contract

1. Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Luxe360LA ("Provider") and the client ("Client") for event services.

2. Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event
• Additional hours will be charged at the standard hourly rate
• Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit the full deposit
• Date changes are subject to availability

4. Equipment & Setup

• The venue must provide adequate space and power supply
• Setup requires a minimum of 1 hour before the event
• Client is responsible for securing venue permissions

5. Safety & Liability

• Client assumes responsibility for guest safety
• Provider is not liable for injuries during equipment use
• Client is responsible for any damage to equipment
