Information We Collect

• Event details, such as event name, venue, schedule, selected template, and gallery settings.
• Guest phone numbers entered at the booth or share station when a guest requests a video link.
• Event media, including videos, images, overlays, music files, rendered booth videos, thumbnails, and gallery metadata.
• Device, diagnostic, and usage information needed to operate the app, process uploads, troubleshoot errors, and maintain security.
• Communications you send to us, including support requests and booking-related information.

How We Use Information

• To capture, render, upload, host, and display booth videos and event gallery content.
• To send requested SMS messages containing links to a guest's L360 video.
• To operate event galleries, share stations, templates, overlays, and related app features.
• To provide support, prevent abuse, protect our systems, and improve L360.
• To comply with legal, tax, security, and carrier compliance obligations.

SMS Program and Mobile Numbers

Guests opt in to L360 SMS messages by entering their phone number at an L360 booth or share station and tapping the Text button to request their video link. Message frequency varies based on guest requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share phone numbers with service providers, such as messaging providers, only as needed to send requested messages and operate the service.

How We Share Information

• With service providers that help us host media, process SMS messages, provide cloud storage, analytics, security, or technical support.
• With event hosts or customers who operate or receive access to their event gallery.
• When required by law, legal process, safety, fraud prevention, or to protect our rights.
• With people who receive or access a gallery link that has been shared by a guest, host, or authorized user.

Public or shared gallery links may be accessible to anyone who has the link. Do not upload or share media that you want kept private.

Retention and Deletion

Gallery media and related metadata may remain available after an event ends unless deleted by the event operator, Luxe360 LA, or as otherwise required by law. You may request deletion by contacting us.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We do not knowingly sell personal information.

Children

L360 is intended for event use by or under the supervision of event hosts and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent.
