L360 Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By using L360, operating an event, uploading media, requesting a video link, or accessing an L360 gallery, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use L360.

Event Media and Gallery Access

• Event hosts and guests are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to capture, upload, display, and share event media.
• Gallery links may be public or shareable. Anyone with a gallery or item link may be able to view the associated media.
• Luxe360 LA may remove media that appears unlawful, abusive, infringing, unsafe, or inconsistent with these Terms.
• Gallery availability, storage duration, and download availability may vary by event, plan, device, network, or system status.

License to Host and Process Media

You retain any rights you have in media you upload or create. You grant Luxe360 LA a limited license to host, store, process, render, transcode, display, copy, transmit, and make that media available as needed to operate L360, provide event galleries, send requested links, support the service, and comply with law.

SMS Terms

L360 SMS messages are sent when a guest enters a phone number and requests a link to their booth video. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use L360 to:

• Upload or share unlawful, abusive, harassing, exploitative, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Send messages to anyone who has not requested or consented to receive them.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or abuse L360 systems, galleries, or messaging services.
• Misrepresent your identity, event, permissions, or rights in any media.

Third-Party Services

L360 may rely on third-party services for messaging, hosting, cloud storage, video processing, analytics, and device functionality. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

No Warranty

L360 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every SMS, availability of every gallery, error-free rendering, or compatibility with every device, browser, network, or media file.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Luxe360 LA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, event disruption, undelivered messages, unavailable galleries, or unauthorized access resulting from shared links.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Luxe360 LA harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your event, your media, your use of L360, your violation of these Terms, or your failure to obtain required permissions or consents.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of L360 after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
